Horrible experience with ola cab you are not committed with customer service, my account was block when I was stranded on the raod just because multiple driver refuse to ride I had to cancel those, it change a lot now days even for short distanc, , for going 5km you have to pay 180ruppes that really beyond my understanding,
Bad customer service, no redressal for customer complaint, once they have had your money nither thier driver listen to the customer nor give you change, most of thier drivers charge you extra somtime on pretext on toll or parking and cash, they are cheater don’t arrive on time and driver cancel the order themselves customer are charged 50 rupees really so horrible, personal dont recommend others,
