Recently, I had a extremely bad experience with OLA cab. cab driver called me after scheduled time regarding cab cancellation, then customer care arranged another cab for me. the second cab also didn’t came and I was just wasting my time by waiting for OLA cab.
After 40 minutes of scheduled time somebody called from customer care & said your booking has been cancelled. this was totally cheating customers trust from cab companies. I will never suggest anybody to book OLA cab now.
