Its my personal advice to fellow readers not to ever choose Ola Cabs despite its an extreme urgency and you can’t manage other taxis. Every time I book an Ola, either the driver refuses or they are not on time. Ola is comparatively cheaper than other cab services like Meru but it always let the passenger be in tension. They are very irregular and sometimes rude. The cabs are good. They are clean and almost new. The drivers are well aware of most of the routes. But, the driving is not that comfortable. You will always have a fear if something goes wrong. If you have booked an Ola cab for airport drop early in the morning, its for sure that you won’t get a peaceful and tension free night. And definitely, either Ola will not come or if comes, it is going to late. This is what I have experienced in my past bookings hence I have stopped booking Ola and rather prefer Meru cabs.
