Horrible service from #ola . Booked a cab last night from home to Koreganon park pune. Was with my younger son. When we reached south main road the car stops! Driver says he has run out of diesel.!yes this is what he says. I need to get to lane 4a. He charges me 525 for this ride because. .high demand rates. I said I should really not be expected to pay now that I have to walk. He insisted I pay. I then had to walk to my destination at 8.45pm .when I called ola they were very apologetic and sorry for my inconvenience but refused to give me any kind of credit or compensation. I don’t think they care about the safety of lady drivers. Or about compensation in case of a bad ride
