Ola is the one of the big brand name in cab industry but my first experince with ola is very bad. If you have any urgent plan and you call him to book a cab never confermed you that he can provide you cab on this time or not always says if availiable we will send you and conferm before half an hour. Driver have no knowledge of city as a tour guide. Most of time drive takes long route. My first exerince is bad with ola thats why I dont like to book cab I think sometimes local convence like auto and riksaw is the best option for short distance.
