I have no need of ola post paid, some technical issue out there.. I am unable to select ola prepaid.. firstly if u r finding it difficult in the market with other competitors u need to come up with a good customer service rather than charging us extra rupee on the post paid amount due... I really don’t need the post paid service... I do not believe in taking credits.. please freeze out the option..
2ndly, there is no auto or cab available in peak hours or emergency.. no matter how much I try to book.. none of the drivers accept the request... It is very humilating.. bookings are accepted only if the rides are long and amount is huge.
3rdly, drivers give us a call back to ask where is the drop and they cancel it immediately if the distance is not according to their convenience.. this is really horrible in times of emergency.
