I booked ola cabs many times.
It is easy to book.
But the fare they are charging is higher than the other cabs comparatively.
Because normal people can’t afford that much fare in a trip.
One incident aslo happened with me that was I booked a ola cab.
It came after 15 minutes after of booking.
I sit in it and reached to my destination. When I was getting out of the cab.
The driver is saying hurry up I am to go somewhere else also.
I don’t have too much time.
This is not a good behaviour with customers.
If you don’t have time for your customers than you stay home no need to drive.
Customer is very important.
And he is treating me very badly.
You are giving your service for customers and you are saying to them to do hurry.
Not a good experience.
