Answer - Good # 1- Prompt Response as Cabs arrived within Estimated time on GPS. 2- User Friendly App. 3- Instant Support Over Phone making quick support on urgent issues. 4- Never Experienced Booking Cancelled by Driver or Drivers Tried to Fool Around 5- Nice Behaviour of the Vehicle Drivers. Bad # 1- Quality & Comfort in Transport was not good enough. 2- Bit Stinky. 3- In my first booking Driver was not well versed with the Route & got me charged with more bucks. 2nd Time also driver was not well versed with the route though he was Ok. 4- Small Cars are when types or indicas, some of them are bit old. 5- They are charging more amount during off hours showing it as Peak Hours.

Answer - Several Occasions called the Customer Care & Got the Answer. In my first booking was charged more as Driver was not aware of the route & after complaining about it, I got a refund on that booking though had to call 3-4 times.
