Once at summer I was searching for an ola cab from navlakh to rajwada , navalti , Indore which cost around 70 rs. I have to take a cooller to rapaire it at rajwada to the shop where I have bought it from.The cooller was that much small that it could fit in the ola taxi.Because I have carried it to a private taxi ones. Then I called ola and the driver picked the call and I asked for the ride and said to the destination then after I also said about the cooller which I had along with and I have to take it to repair because if after I will say to him then he will make the noncence discousion after comming. Then during phone call only he said they will charge extra for the cooller around 30 , 20 rs then I said no it a small size cooller it won’t happen anything but they don’t listen what they say is there final decission then I was not feeling much ok with that then I cancelled and booked another ola taxi but he also said the same that he will charge exta and I convincingly said that some ola taxi driver are not taking extra charge but he did not listen and becoming some kind of rude.It happend again with other.But though having no option that some other taxi may not pick me from my exat location. So finally I booked a ola cab and reached to my destiny and he charged me 20 rs last.But I was totaly not satisfied and not felt good by that kind of service.
