I am using ola services from 2 years and my experience was good with Ola. Whenever I do not have transportation medium with me, ola is my buddy. The drivers are very accurate towards the Drop position and they are not needed to be instructed much.
But during one of my ride, I came to know a driver who was continuously abusing other drivers and traffic etc.
I didn’t minded that much but I found it necessary to include this in the review.
Rest of the service is amazing.
