I have booked a car form OLA cabs from Bangalore to Mysore and paid the full money for 300 Km in advance itself. Then they send a sms about the driver name and car details. Then I called the driver a day before the journey and discussed with him regarding the location of pick up and time. Then on the day of journey, I called him an hour before to ask where he is, there the problem started to me. Someone had picked the call and not responding properly to me.
After sometime, I received a call from a new number and saying that he is the driver. There starts the problem, the new driver came with a different car (not OLA car) which condition is not great at all. He is Untrained and in-experienced one. After one hour from the start of the journey, he felt something wrong with the vehicle and he checked it and told that the back tire was punctured. He was searching for the spanners to change the alternate tyre. The car doesnt have the spanner set.
Then he called someone, we all were waiting on the road for more than 30 min. then someone came with spanner set and investigated the tire and then told the tire was not punctured and to fill air and then he left. Then he went to a workshop and filled air, lucky nothing happened after that. In the mean time called OLA service and made this point and one the employee told that his senior official will call back within 5 minutes and resolve the problem, but till the end of the journey it doesnt happened.
While returning back, the diesel level indicator showed almost empty and looks like he doesnt noticed that and we informed his regarding that he went to a petrol bunk and HE DONT KNOW HOW TO OPEN THE DIESEL LID ITSELF, then he again called his friend and after some time he manage to open the lid and fill the diesel. After filling the diesel, he was not having the money with him and asked for Rs.1000 from me, with no option I had gave him the money also. He was not aware still that time that I had paid already the full money for the journey.
Like that I can keep on adding what are the problem is faced during this journey form the starting to till end of it. I got upset by this poor service and I also got criticized form brother for this type of online booking facilities. Overall the weekend trip from Bangalore to Mysore was very poor and I got depressed because of this.
Hope that the management team will take necessary action on this.
