I am not happy with service Ola is providing. Their driver are very rude and their app is faulty. They cancel booked trip in app because they don’t take short trip. I had too bad experience with regard to booking ride with Ola.
They give offer in app meant to attract customer and the 50% off offer are not true.
This is not good concept, Ola have to think more about it.
Design and features are just okay.
My advice for all friends take care during booking.
