I have used all the apps available in India. One of those is OLA Money which is the worst among all.I have very weird experiences using this app.The usage is not so difficult but their services are just worse than ever.I really liked this app once but now a days I am facing many troubles.Cashback is aubject to change acoording to the customer care executives.Now they have improved the Cashback experience and ia been credited as soon as you add money.They even charge a huge amount of money if you request for IMPS.The customer care personnel don’t even reply to your mail.It nearly takes 14-21 days to resolve your issue
