I downloaded OLA Money APP almost week back. They offered a promocode ’OMAPP’ for 1st recharge on OLA Money app. They said they will double the recharge we do (1st recharge and upto Rs. 300).
Unfortunately, the code did not work for me and said it cannot be applied.But I proceeded to recharge hoping it will get recharged and I will get Cashback...
But after recharge they did not double the recharge amount as promised.I have raised support ticket with them explaining the details.
They said to try again with same promocode. (They have accepted in email that there was technical glitch from their end in that email). I appreciate that acceptance but further no reply from them.
But it did not work or neither I got my money back or cashback offer as promised.
After following up after many times in last 1 week also no reply at all.
Friends, please stay away from this app. If it works then fine, else please do not recharge and waste your money.
Im ready to give my ticket number to OLA money team if they wish to have.
