Have been a customer for OLA for many years and have been making payments through OLA money account. On 16th June 2019, booked a cab from home for reaching Chennai airport. When the booking was confirmed, called the driver. He informed that he is nearby and asked what is the payment method. Informed him that is is OLA money, but he insisted to pay cash as he was not having cash for refuelling his vehicle. During the trip called up OLA customer support and informed the problem. The guy informed that since the driver is asking for cash for fuel and that I am willing to pay cash, I can do that and inform OLA customer support after the trip, so that any amount charged to OLA account will be reversed. However, OLA money is charged with Rs.733, which was the exact amount paid to the driver. In spite of making several complaints through email and telephone, they keep saying that driver partner has denied taking cash and hence they cannot help it. Have decided to go to any level till I get justice.
