I was with Oligosoft early 2010. That time we were into embedded. Oligosoft moved to JAVA projects completely.
Joshin sir helped me to get a job in BOSCH through his contacts. As there was no longer suitable job for me in Oligosoft. That time I used to get 80k, a very high salary for a start up, I was the team lead. Fortunately, Oligosoft always do international projects and they pay big to talented engineers.
(Beginners and trainees usualy don’t get salary but only stipend. The more you work hard and learn, they will be moved from makeLogics to Oligosoft payroll. Then only they get high pay. In fact only very few get this opportunity. Naturally, lot many get disappointed. Company expectations are exceptionally high.)
Oligosoft always give opportunity for freshers. Only very few percent make it to full term jobs. But for those who make it they have ultimate career ahead. All the best.
