Olive e Business’s name in my opinion should be modified to Olive’s harassment Business services without any element of doubt!! They notonly are irregular in issuing the well deserved salaries to their employees but also misguide and mistreat them tremendously.
Althoughthey claim to be an ethical company in Delhi, India but personally speaking I have till date not come across such an unethical company.So. please don’t go by the list of bluffing stuff they have mentionedin their website and save yourself from being a part of it.
Thesalaries they are paying are not according to the market standards andthe work culture too isn’t corporate. HR seems to be quite inefficientand the management has never ever thought its employee’s benefits. Iknow many ex-employees who had genuinely served 2 months notice periodbefore quitting and are still asking for their full and final from the company when its already more than 10 months that they have left thecompany.I think I would never ever recommend this Olive’sharassment Business services to any job seeker be he/she is the personI envy the most.
So beware and stay out of Olive’s mess!!!
