My Experience with Olivea Travels is actually going on as I type this!! The frustration is beyond limits!! Yep the bus looks swanky with nice seats and lovely cabins!! But STOP thats what you get!! Nothing more!! Firstly let me explain I was the lone passenger travelling from Bangalore to Chennai! When I am the lone passenger I should have realised why the travels is failing!!
On the 29th of Oct that is today!! Kept wondering if it was only cost that kept customers away...well the question will get answered at the end of the review. There is no Wifi as claimed, the bus was full of mosquitoes and swanky lounges that you see in the pics. The agents there dont have a clue about the buses!! My bus started at 5:30 which is a good 1.5 hrs late there was no explanation offerered! forget the wait in the lounge once the bus finally started and I was impressed with the bus interiors the misery began.
They stopped for some technical checking on the main road for over 1 hour and the reason was GPS signal checking!! Since I was the only passenger I guess I could be taken for a ride!! Call their customer care and I get the revert that no manager on duty and they dont have a clue why bus has stopped!!! Finally get a number quoted as Operations Manager...but simple the gentleman does not pick up my call nor there is a response to my SMS. paid 1900/- for this misery!!! My advise NO please dont put yourself through this at an heavy cost
