I was channel partner with OLX Autos, in October 2023 requested OLX to deactivate my account and refund RSD amount (10K) to my registered account, I raised a request in olx customer care on October 2023, they informed it will take 45 working days to refund the amount, after 2 months again I had contacted OLX autos customer care, they informed need some more time will get back to you ( sent mail as well), but 20/January/2024 again when I tried to reach OLX autos customer care it says not a valid number & am unable to reach them, for Email also there is no response from there end.
It’s very bad experience from OLX, i joined them thinking it was an MNC, it’s almost 110 days completed & still am waiting for RSD Refund.
