I had applied for Job on Olx portal. They contacted me and asked me to send the document and bank account number so that they can verify my identity before interview so that they can save time. They have also asked me to submit the money. They will return my money back If I don’t get selected.
Unfortunately, there number went switched-off. after 2-3 days. I couldn’t reach out to them any more. I have tried to contact them through olx. They call me back from completely different number thinking I am a new customer to them.
We trust the Brand Olx. They are allowing fraudster and scammer to loot people. They are allowing their platform to support them. I had tried to complain then they have advised me to go and complaint to the police.
Olx doesn’t do basic Identity check of a person and not even why the same profile mobile number is changing so frequent. Does the person even holing a job or identity with a company. Very basic check which olx cant do. Their company’s email id itself will tell you about the identity of such person.
I had tried to complaint but they are least bothered about their platform. They want you to complaint to police once you are cheated! Pathetic service. Poor platform. Poor product.
