I like very much the concept of olx company but according to me there are lots of change that they should make. Let me explain you all that why I am saying so. I used this app for about a year. And also sold so many products like novels etc. But what I dislike is the rates of products and processing of app. People write rates as they a new they forget that they are selling 2nd hand products. Once I saw that rate of a watch a second hand watch was more higher than a new one lol! . I think the makers should make a approval like mouthshut before posting anything on olx. So that the rates and product id checked first after then they get permission to go on feed. Once I saw a add which posted to sell a used pencil and limits crossed when I saw taj mahal on olx lol. So I think this changes should made in olx. In. Because in this way anyone is posting anything because they do not need any approvel and no one is there to stop them that’s why. And the second is is related to chating inbox it do not work properly. Otherwise over all app is good concept and design is excellent everything is fine it is a good way to earn money by selling unusefull products.
