They expect you to read all of the terms and conditions plus posting rules - the links for which are lost among all of the other text and images on the page. All it takes is one slip up like posting an ad for an item which is against their policy and your account will get banned - permanently! Yes permanently! That means you can no longer reactivate or create a new account using the same mobile number! How ridiculous! I understand that the company wants to be strict about the items being sold but you can warn the customer, notify the customer, remove the ad and let them carry on! But no, OLX wants to ban you permanently! No consideration for buyers or sellers. I had potential buyers interested in my other ads. So what happens to them now? Come on OLX, wake up!
On the plus side, the service is easy to use and I was getting good responses for my ads.
