It is registered in an island of grenada in the carribeans. These islands are normally known for having off shore accounts of drug cartels and other criminal organisations.
Their platforms are not live and are controlled. You can observe when you actually make a trade. Regardless whatever the indicator shows it, the trade will go in the opposite direction most of the times.
Their customer service is very poor in answering your actual queries and instead they will keep apologising and request to wait or just disconnect.
