Hi guys , Im a fitness freak and going gym from past 2 years. In this mean time Ive switched to a three of four gyms just to get the best one. Once I went here , I didnt switched to another one. No doubt the gym is costly , you need a good budget. Go here only if you can afford personal training as well as the diet.
The personal trainer will provide you the schedule according to your goals. My goal was to loose the fat around my waist and at the same time add inches to my biceps and chest. The trainer provided me a mix of workout schedule and diet plan for 12 weeks. I was committed to ky goals and didnt miss the gym in the meantime. I took only one cheat meal per 2 weeks or more. And results were satisfing. I person want to thank Mr Vijay Naagr ( My personal trainer) . He is highly experienced as well as qualified. Other trainers are also best.
