LIVINGTONE OVERSEAS INC. (OLYMPTRADE) is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Not too disappointing.

It is a little bit off putting having the chatbot before a real agent, but the chatbot is not really disappointing. It is actually helpful a lot of times, until it is not. It handles a lot of questions about where to find what and all of that, but when there is an actual problem, or something that is not detailed in the FAQs and the website. then you might have trouble communicating with it.


Either way, I think it does a good job. Satisfactory as an overall remark I guess.
