I bought this camera for $8 on e-bay to give to my teenage son (to get him interested in photgraphy). I ran a roll of cheap film through it, and to my surprise these pics were very close in quality to my Maxxum!(go figure...) Needless to say, its sooo much easier to carry around; you don’t have a macro zoom, but the one it has is very adequate for normal people pictures. I did alot of shooting at Christmas with the family around, and EVERY picture turned out well-especially the indoor/people ones. THe outside pics of the beautiful sunny/snowy day were just as nice. I even had a few close ups of the grandkids blown up and turned out wonderful. I know my digital is much more veratile, but I still like a 35 that does the job too.I don’t think my son will be getting THIS camera just yet-its too nice!
