I have an consignment no is 22486670 which was door delivery at Karad address. But it has delivered to Satara 50km away from Karad.They called and said to pick up from here or else you will charged with 1200 rs. As it is door delivery why should I pay extra charges? Person from Satara of Om logistic has no care about the service , he is just care about how he will get extra money and he was giving me examples of others how others are paying charges even for low weight delivery.Also I said I can make complain of it then his reply was it is Om logistics not like ACPl jo apke paas bhagte ayenge .this is how work going on. I personally say opt other service than this poor customer orientated kamchalau logistics.
