They are the worst, most unprofessional movers and packers.. They are cheats and thieves and have stolen many unaccounted boxes!
When they have to get you on board, this woman called muskaan kept calling and sending brochures to prove how professional they are. I had to move from gurgaon to Bangalore. Got an all inclusive quotation of Rs 75k. I paid 50% advance and they came and loaded everything in the truck. They promised everything to be delivered in 5 days to Bangalore. As soon as the stuff was loaded, they produced a bill of 1.1 lakhs!! I asked why it is more by 26k and muskaan stated her story of taxes and tolls. I agreed.
But she kept pestering me to take insurance, which I didn’t want. I didn’t take the insurance.
2 days later, muskaan called and said that I would have to pay the entire amount else they would not deliver my stuff. Can you imagine!! I told her that we had an agreement that 50% would be paid after my stuff would be delivered. But she spoke so damn rudely and didn’t budge.
Then we tracked down the number of the owner, called Akash. He said the same thing that he wanted the complete payment. We couldn’t do anything about it so had to pay up.
Contrary to what was promised, the truck reached in 9 days instead of 5. And then to put complete horror, it was a different truck!! They unloaded all my stuff somewhere and reloaded it somewhere, in clear violation of the contract.
All my glassware boxes were tossed around. Plates, glasses, light shades.. So many of them broke. Don’t know how but 7 pieces of wooden furniture got wet and the wood got spoilt. And the worst... I had 50kgs of rice and 30kgs of wheat in sacks.. Both stolen.
The pm international team that came here to offload my stuff here was daily wagers and not from their team.
As expected, now muskaan and Akash are unreachable. They have blocked mine and my wife’s numbers. I am planning to send a legal notice to them.
Please please do not hire their services!
