Worst
airline I have ever travelled on. I was flying Oman Air from Dubai
and Muscat
return, I had booked my tickets two months before and was pretty confident that
I had assured my tickets for the flight. Upon arrival at Dubai International I
was to find out that the flight had been overbooked, but still thought that it
wouldn’t affect me, or my family. I went to check my bags in but the lady at
the check in counter said that we had been off loaded the flight, as she said
we were too “late at the airport”, which I highly doubt as we were there 4
hours before the flight as I was going to shop in the duty free. She then told
me that the next flight was in a couple of hours, she then asked me to move my
bags so that she could tell the man behind me that the flight had been
overbooked, so as I moved my bags aside I watched with my own eyes the man
bribe the check in counter lady for a seat on flight, and guess what he got the
seat, this is just shocking customer service. As I believe each and every
customer should be treated equally. When the other flight finally arrived, we
were disgusted at the fact that the cabin was still dirty from the last flight,
no food was served even though they handed out a menu, no in-flight entertainment,
and the cabin crew lady was busy flirting with the passenger sitting infront of
me. Overall this was a shocking flight, with a shocking airline Oman Air.
