This evening me and my girlfriend were looking for the best possible price on a flight to thailand and back. With only 7 weeks to go we were hoping to get a decent price and in the end we did, although I anticipated we could make it below £500 I was pelased to accept a deal for £535 with Oman airways. I then went on to type, ’Oman airways Review’ in google and from then on I was simply shocked.
I can tell you on 3 different review sites the reviews got worse and worse well beyond coincedence, on site even wrote themselves through their admin that they were reviewing their official detail of this airline as they had gone well past the point of letting down their customers.
To be quite frank I was scared for me and my girlfriend and even mroe so I was worried this was going to spoil my holiday. So.we rang the agents back 30mins later and very luckily the money had not been debited so we pleaded to change and not let us fly with this disasterous airline.
Quite supprisingly the very kind operator let us change almost immediatly after mentioning the word Oman Air and in due course we booked more expensive tickets for Etihad which im now extremely pleased about and its going to make the next 7 weeks even more enjoyable knowing we luckily out of curiosity went to check what other people were saying about oman air.
If anyone from Oman air is reading this, which I doubt they are as it seems no one cares well, it is not nice for someone who has just purchased tickets for your airline to read such horrendous stories, really this does not happen to me often but this evening I was very moved and disturbed by things that would seem so simple in normal day life.
