Flew Oman Air between Dubai and Muscat, and I know that I will never fly with them again. I knew that my flight wasn’t going to be to pleasant upon arrival at Dubai International when I was to discover our flight was delayed for six hours, as the cabin crew for our flight were late.
The only positive Oman Air has its brand new 737-800, but this still seems decades old. The food on the flight was the worst I have ever seen, with small portions and not enough choices. Entertainment was horrible with small televisions which appeared after take-off showing an old movie, a majority of people have never heard.
The seats aren’t too bad, but the space between the seats infront of yours is so tiny in
comparison to airlines like Royal Jordanian, you can’t exit to the aisle without bumping the chair infront of you.
The cabin crew were young and inexperienced. The truth of the matter is that Oman Air has potential they just have to use it. In the meanwhile send a little more to fly the quality airlines Emirates,
Royal Jordanian and Gulf Air.
