Please stay away from these burglars - unfortunately, we chose them to deliver our furniture & a car from kolkata to Bangalore & realised our mistake too late.read on & save yourself the pain that we are going through:
1) The furniture has arrived in a demolished state - the glass top centre table is of no use, the shoe rack, wooden table & crockery was all broken
2) When we complained to the kolkata contact of Omdeo, we were directed to their Bangalore branch & when we called the bangalore manager, we were asked to pay & wait until he returned from attending the last rites of his deceased father. Believing him, we waited & called again after 10 days & then realised that we had been duped.he had lied only to extract payment & was not interested in repairing / remedying our losses.
3) Next was the car - it took them 15 days to deliver a car from kolkata to bangalore. further it was severely dented in at least 3 places & had run 385 kms from when handed over in kolkata. We also realised later that the tyres were eroded, the door handle alignment was disturbed, the ac compressor was burnt out & the gear stick was also damaged.
Now comes the funny part - when we called the bangalore contact( a different one now) for the car, he said his mother had expired & that he needed time to respond!
We have called their offices, written to them - there is no response. They are shameless enough to forge the death of a parent & use that as an alibi. Furthermore, they refused to send us the bills until we paid in full.
It is now that we see so many more reviews here - if only we had read up before entrusting them with our valuables.
Be very wary of the following people:
1) Susanta Chakravorty - kolkata
2) Harsh Vardhan Singh - Kolkata
3) Dinesh - Bangalore
We are as of now, proceeding against them legally - but will be putting our experience up on various platforms & expose the lies & blatant irregularities that this company stands for.
