Well its a very popular online open chatroom. But its not a good one as most of the time you get to see the things which you are not looking for. Unlike other dating sites it does’nt provides the details of the person you are chating with. So I will say its least informative. There are no special features in it from where you could select the gender you want to interact with.
talking about service and support, I don’t think anything like that exists. So if you are looking for any kind of support, you have to struggle a bit.
Its not very user friendly as most of the times it is spamming, most of the time the adds keep popping up on the screen. Its crossing limits of vulgarity as you can see many unusual and creepy things. It does’nt have any kind of privacy as anyone random could be in the chatroom. If by chance you find someone you are looking for and the connection break(poor internet) than you will probably never see that person again.
It takes a very long time to find a good person to chat with. Most of the time you have to see people who are just passing the time on this site, You can definitely prefer some other sites. Only if you are free and you want to spend some time in unusual stuff! than go ahead. But for serious dating, its a wrong place.
I had a bad experience and will recommend not to use this.
