Last night I traveled from Hyderabad to Mumbai in omer travels bus(booking ID ABRS2760294). it was the worst experience. Whatever this person mentioned is exactly correct., they have taken us to the bus from my pickup point through a van which was not having sufficient capacity to sit (most of the people stood with their luggage). At the final boarding point the bus delayed for 1 hour.
We had been shifted to NEETA travels’ bus(they may be the partner of Omer travels) . They demanded Rs.100 for the luggage (only one bag, and a detachable study chair) but I refused. There was a clash, blankets were dirty. It stopped at the worst hotel to have dinner and taken so many diversions from the highway to avoid toll gate fee. After a long request from the passengers, they stopped for urinals for 5 Min.
Any how friends, please be cautious. Now-a-days these travel guys are taking too much advantage of our need.
