I had very very bad day on which I booked a ticket for OMER Travels from Hyderabad to Pune for 7 PM..They Charged 800 for 1 Seat on Redbus.in.The time when I booked I ticket no body was picking the phone at their office.
Finally when I successed to contact them they ask me to come down to their main Office Nagappallly ..When I was reaching their they called me and said they have issues with bus and cancelled the bus. When I ask them to adjust us in some other bus , they start talking aurogently and said they had conatacts with bhais . One guy said "Sab hum Hydrabad ke Don hai. Yaha hi police bhi hamare travel Agent ko Salam Karati hai.Tum jaise padhe likhose hame bahut acche se nipatna aata hai. Tum log hamara kuch nahi bighad sakate."
The strange thing I saw that they were taking bookings for same bus for Rs 1900 Per seat.So that time I came to know tht they are cheaters.
It was important to us reach to pune on next day so I booked a ticket with some other thravel who also Cheated us (Star Plaza Volvo) for Rs 1800 Per Seat.
