I once booked ticket from Hyderabad to Chennai through Omer travels. It was a long weekend of 4 days. So all the travels were full. But I was very happy that I have got a ticket.(I should have thought that that when all the travels are full why this one is free).
They told me that the bus will start st 07:30 PM at Chanda nagar, Lingampally. So I went there at 07:15 PM. But the bus dint come, to my suprise a person came and inofrmed that the bus is at Kukatpally. So we were taken in a share Auto to Kukatpally( About 45 mins from Chanda nagar). He made us to wait near a booking office and went. We were waiting without any clue when the bus will come. When we enquired at the booking office, the person yelled at us " Did you book your tickets with me, why u are asking me?".
Then finally one van came at 10 o clock and all the passengers who were about to travle to Chennai& Bangalore were asked to board the van. The van took us to Nampally. The bus was there and finally the bus started at 11:45 PM. Nearly 4:30 hours wasted in this. The next day morning they stopped in a road side shop, where you can’t do anything. Next day we reached Chennai at 1:00 PM. Nearly 19 hrs. Very worst experience. Don’t ever plan your trip with this travels.
