The agent at CBS Hyderabad, sangeeta travels, was not open to share the truth. He didnt disclose that the actual bus will be parked at Miyanpur and a small bus comes to pick you up to that point. But the real problem is the luggage. nobody helps in moving the luggage form the pickup bus to the main bus. the overbooking and wrong booking is often done. the charge is exorbitantly high in the need of hour. the booking agent was so rude that he was charging extra amount even after the booking is done on the pretext that the rates had risen.
The most horrible part is the bus attendants. they would not care for your convenience or comfort. the bus was jam packed even in the aisle (passage) with unauthorized passengers by charging them cash fares. this would not give any freedom even to move your leg or approach the driver for help when you want the bus to be stopped for answering the natures call.
It looks like even the operators/ owners are just interested in minting money. once they pocket money their role is over. the bus got 5 hours late.
it was really a punishment to come by such a rubbish travels. I traveled from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 14th Nov 2010 not to go by that bus again in this life. Will operators know the meaning of SERVICE?
Will the government or any regulatory authority look into it to control the fares and services offered or will they too be satisfied with the HAFTA ( bribe ) given to them at the cost of passengers apathy?
