This travel operator is worse travel I face till now, The condition of bus is horrible and no value of time. I booked a AC sleeper bus from GOA to Hyderabad by paying Rs. 2200 thinking that it will be good since there charges are on higher side but I was very wrong, my experience is very horrible along with other passenger sitting in the bus.
Bus left panjim on time but bus driver and conductor doesn’t know route so they roam around wrong direction for 4 hr which make us late in morning by 5 hr, we reached at 11:30 AM in hyderabad.
Bus condition is horrible, there is AC water leakage in bus throughout the journey in all seats and there is nothing which bus operator done on our complaint.
We reached Dinner place at 11Pm after boarding bus at 5PM so basically we were hungry after 1PM lunch with no biscuit / water from bus operator.
Conductor was a 14-15 year old uneducated boy in very dirty cloths and very rude in behavior . I think this is what he was asked to do with passenger.
I was ashamed with the fact that foreigner are travelling in the same bus with this horrible image of India.
I met with other 2 bus passenger at dinner place and they are having same horrible experience and I saw many leaving the bus in belgaum to board private taxi.
