One of the worst service I found was Omer Travels. I paid for AC and traveled without AC. They do not even seem to have permission to travel on the route Hyderabad to Aurangabad.
While going to Hyderabad police caught them for 3 hours, but somehow they managed to leave. While coming back they had o driver to drive their bus from Gulbarga.
Both the time bus was late by 5 to 6 hours. While coming back they dropped me at Mehidepatnam although I was told that they will drop me at Gachibowli.
Bus was very dirty, also blanket given by them were extra thin that too very dirty.
As per the bus person, all bus operator were harassed by police, but I could clearly see that other bus was moving normally, but Omer bus was waiting at a police station near Madhapur.
