First here no management & no care for employee......
Specially EMS department is manger (Rupali patil) is very poor & bad very attitude, also HR repoance is very VERY poor specially no pick the Land line phone & mobile .Specially mahalaxmi is very aakdu...& very attitude lick she is owner this company ...
Salary not dispatch on time every month. Salary dispatch date 15 to 26 in these situation mangers Rupali patil not pick the phone & not resonance mail. She always say Omnitech financial problem...but this last 1 year I facing..... LAST 1year I JOIN Company but still problem going on....
Increment not on time they only increase the 500/- rupees...
Leave police is very bad every month only 1 leave dispatched your account..
Seiner engineer not behaviors not good special Himanshu Mulay team leader only for name not doing anything..... he is also very cheap person
