Not sure if this review will be helpful to anyone as I don’t see this company surviving for any longer. After wasting 1.5 years of my career with this blunder, I just hope that this review will help someone not to put his career or hard earned money in stake.
I have never come across an organization with more than 2.5 decades of existence but such a disaster in terms of policies & people management. The company don’t believe in paying vendors, employees, business partners. They have mastered the art of blocking the payments and not taking responsibility of any commitments.
I don’t want to name anyone in particular as I don’t believe in personal level mudslinging.
HR is non existent, finance department is like a black-hole. for almost a year the company has stopped paying salaries, government taxes and poor employees are made to run pillar to post to beg for their money.
