Hey People,
I was working with Omnitech 3 years ago and left the organization to move onto Canada. I came to India for few months for personal reason and one of my friend who was supposed to join Omnitech has asked me for my review as he was confused after reading reviews on this website.
I recommended him to join as even being at the client site during those days I had did not face any problems though salary delay had always been a problem. Those who can cope up with it stay with the organisation, those who cannot just leave and go instead of criticising an organisation which has earned bread and butter for you and your family.
If you really have caliber in you go and prove in other organisations.
I also Pity for Mahalaxmi as she is the HR for all irrespective of the profile she handles. Right from security to any of the departments you call for HR it is directed to her which shows she is the only capable person in the team who knows and could handle things.
My friend has mentioned this incident wherein irrespective who responds from HR/Recruitment Mahalaxmi name is taken where she might have neither spoken to that person or met in person. Guess her name is easy to refer and hence such comments without knowing her.
And Mahalaxmi - I really appreciate your way of working- caring, patient and helpful as the HR professional should be. Keep up the good work.
And remember you cannot please all the people everytime. Such cracks and nuts who cannot do anything in life would do such demotivating posts.
Professionals would understand that you are not the end in the organization and if people really have problem they would go to your higher ups and escalate in proper way rather than bullshitting here.
