Shifted a vehicle from Pune To nagpur. they said it will cost 6500/-. Further I went ahead with, then these guys said, there is TAX on it, so that total amount will be somewhere close to 7500/-. After arguing for good 50 mins, with a point as in why didn’t they mention the relocation cost as 6500/-+ Taxes. but still they didn’t accept their mistake.
I still went ahead & closed the deal in 7000/-. My vehicle reached Nagpur on 5th day. Then he tells me the clutch wire has broken & they will will have to fix it & will charge me for this. I asked them not to do anything to the vehicle & deliver it as it is. Further, I was followed up for good 4 hours for the address from where the car has to be collected.
When my person went there to collect the car. the driver of the trailer who transferred the car to Nagpur, took 1200/- from us & showed us an OLD wire and told us that they have replaced it since it was damaged. No receipt was given to us. I do not understand, how the Clutch wire can get damaged in the trailer where the car is stationary. When I complained about the charges being taken from us WITHOUT providing any receipt, they agreed to return my money. NOW its been 10 days, I am following up with them, now they are saying I will get my money once the trailer Driver gives it back to them. please help me get this money.
