I also got misled by these reviews, specially by the count: 38 good reviews and only 2 bad reviews.
Here is the reality:
I will never ever think or suggest anyone to go for Omx relocation.
Things I didn’t like:
When my stuff arrived at the society, the delivery guys were not ready to bring the stuff in, until I paid the rest of the amount.
Things were mishandled, resulted into breaking many of the wooden, glass, plastic items.
They were not ready to bring bigger items through staircase, this caused a little arguments with the society security guys.
Furnitures were not fitted. I had to call a carpenter to do that, he charged me Rs. 1000, which was never paid to me by Omx.
Once you start complaining about broken items and ask for the insurance amount, they stop picking up your calls.
People from different place talk differently, misbehave.
They don’t reply to your messages, emails, calls.
The delivery guys will never listen to you about mishandling, broken stuff or fitting of furnitures.
Without insurance, the charges by omx were good, but not with insurance. I feel like an idiot why I opted for insurance. The charges now are as good as any other good movers and packers and in return you wont get anything.
There is nothing that I liked about Omx relocation.
