My move from Mumbai to Delhi became a nightmare because of these stupid Omx Movers. They unassembled my furniture in Mumbai and forgot to pack any screws and bolts(everything got lost). I had to go to a hardware store and buy new bolts and nuts to assemble my bad. Some items such as a table lamp never made it to Delhi.(lost or stolen?) Many picture frames have broken glass. Almost all furniture have scratches or damaged. The crew that came in delhi to offload my belongings in Delhi were not even working for Omx Movers, they said they are from another company . and the scratches and damages are because of the uploading of my goods done in mumbai was wrongly done and the packing was not upto the mark and is the reason of all breakage. Overall, I found all crew members that I dealt with rather unprofessional. I’d NOT recommend them.
