Chucking is the ultimate in the fastest bowling. When anybody tries to bowl at the highest speed chucking takes place. There are many bowlers who don’t do the chucking while bowling. It depends on how perfectly the fast bowlers get trained.
Shoaib Akther frequently sends a chucking deliveries due to the highest speed. At that speed any bowler will do the chucking. At the same time, Shoaib Akther’s all deliveries are not chucking deliveries. The decision maker is the umpire and it will be very difficult for the umpire to find out whether the bowler is sending a chucking delivery or not since this happens in a fraction of a second. Umpire has to look for the stumps also at the same time. Why attack Shoaib Akthar only on chucking.

Chucking takes place often in one day internationals since all the fast bowlers try to bowl at the highest speed at the shortest time.
Even the spin bowlers do the chucking while bowling.
Many leading bowlers bowl by chucking. But how can ICC do the judgement. The ideas will vary from person to person. Chucking is the most important thing in one day international and who will control this. It is a very difficult question. Who will bell the cat.
Many bowlers will fall in line along with Shoaib Akther.
There are many good bowlers who don’t do the chucking at the time of bowling.
