Decent Place if expectations are not too high..

So, we decided to check out this restaurant near Elliott’s Beach.

Ambience

It has an outer section which will have your run of the mill seating and a pirate section with dark interiors and the real theme. The place may pride itself on being a theme restaurant and something novel but sadly the interior pirate theme area stank of heavily of Chicken. Being a non-vegetarian I found somewhat appetizing, however my friend a staunch veggie decided to go for outer seating.

Personally, I felt that the seating was a little cramped too.(Both places)

Food

The menu is long and has some pleasantly exciting dishes. The fare ordered was nothing extra-ordinary but tasted fairly good enough. Quantity was bang on for the single meals and will leave you reasonably content.

Customer Service

This is where this pace lacked the most. Our meal had complimentary drinks in them. The waiter came and kept the drinks on the table holding the glasses from the rim rather than bottom of the glass(Its trivial but it displays how adept the staff is serving and is a little unhygienic too).

By the time the meal ended the manager had already asked us whether we would order something else and when answered in negative he kept the bill/cheque on the table. This is plain rude and unacceptable. Even roadside dhabhas don’t do this.

Anyways did not tip, came out fully satiated, went to the beach(meal for two: around 400) Not a great experience but enjoyable still. Don’t go expecting too much to this place and you will be fine.

Overall(2.5/5)
