The delivery is free if order is more than INR 200/-. Most of the products of household daily usage including fruits and vegetables are available.
Though the concept is good and similar to Big Basket, it lacks in the service quality. Even the prices are sometimes higher than the market price, especially in cases of fruits and vegatables.
The quality of vegetables and even fruits are compromised many a times. They are old and wilted and are of inferior quality. However this does not happen all the time. If it is brought to their notice then they offer to replace it and do replace it, however it can not compensate for the discomfort caused to the customer.
Similarly the orders are always delayed and rarely reach your doorstep on time. If the slot opted is 3pm to 9pm then it will invariably reach only at or after 9pm. Thid again adds to the agony of the customer and one can not rely on it if one is in real need.
Overall a good option if they improve on quality and service.
