OnDot couriers are useless. Its been 7 days and the product is still shown under transit from Delhi to Hyderabad.
Learning- before purchasing online find out about the courier company/logistics partner.
Their website also does not work well. They made me coordinate across their Delhi and Hyderabad offices and still I have not received the product.
