Till today I have with many courier services . I noticed that some of them are very good& maximum are fully worst .
Today I will say about a worst courier service - Ondot .
This was my first experience with Ondot . After ordering a product on a online site, product shipped through Ondot . After that, for a reason I forgot to track it . After 2 months, when I track it, show it came into my nearest hub around 1.5 month ago . To this, I feel alas . Because, from around 1.5 month courier don’t attempt to deliver it . Don’t return my product also . They just store my product in their hub .
After that I got a phone number of that courier service . That day I call them, sent sms them to deliver it . But, they don’t respond in my call . After 2 days again I call them . They asked many questions about the order . After searching my product for long time they able to find my product at last . After That they deliver it .
They asked me many nonsense question . This is just disgusting . I think this courier don’t have any responsibility . For this experience I don’t recommend it to anyone .
